Am I exercising right to lose weight?

Since I got my exercise bike last Sunday, I have been using it everyday for 90 minutes (45 min morning and 45 min evening). Although there is two days in a week when I can only manage 45 minutes. I am F/ almost 22 / and a size 12-14, so please no body building advice. My pulse rate, while exercising can go from 130 - 160. My diet consists of vegetables mainly and I鈥檝e been told I should be eating more, not less.

Am I doing enough exercise for weight loss? How long until I can see some results?

First of all, you are doing great!
Estimating your exercise routine, you are burning roughly (90*5+45*2)hr *600cal/hr = 5400 calories per week. There are several assumptions that I'm making here: your caloric food intake has not increased when you began exercising and you burn on average 600/hr (this is something that flactuates with weight and your HR). Given that, you loose roughly (3,500 per pound) 1.5lb per week.
You didn't mention how much you are planning on loosing, but regardless, it's not a good idea to loose more than you are loosing now. Remember, all this is only valid if you have not added more food to your diet.
I think anywhere between 5-8 lb of weight loose is when you start noticing it. If you stick to your exercise routine, within a month you should notice a difference.
I also want to comment about eating only vegetables, while I'm all for vegetables in any diet, I think you are missing protein and some complex carbs. If you ignore them, you will noticeably start becoming more tired and less energetic, which can discourage you from your working out routine. Add lean meat, fish, low-fat milk, oatmeal, low-fat high fiber cereals and whole wheat bread to your diet.
I'm not sure why you are against weight lifting, but I personally consider it an essential part of any exercise program whether your goal is to loose weight or to train for an Olympic event. First, weightlifting tones your muscles. Second, it prevents injuries. Third, it makes you stronger (not bulkier).
Good luck.
walking at a fast pace and jogging is better.....trust me
I've had a lot of success cutting carbs & added sugars. Remember, fruit has sugars. Mostly, I eat veggies and meat. It's fine to have meat; in fact you need it for protein. I also snack on nuts and eat a bowl of high-fiber cereal everyday (probably not necessary for you at your age) I've lost 37 pounds in four months.

Good luck
You need to ensure that you are following a good diet plan along with exercise. I recommend Weight Watchers, I have had success with that plan. Also I would recommend switching it up, every so often go for a run or something.
If you bought the bike last Sunday, don't expect any results for at least a month.

A watched pot never boils.

Go to the gym on January 2nd each year and ask everyone how soon they expect to see the results from their exercise program, anyone that answers that they are interested in getting results you won't see in the gym on February 2nd.

Just consider it a lifestyle change to make you healthier, the results will come but not if you are waiting for/expecting them.
You are doing fine. But you forgot to tell us how heavy you are. If your weight is OK for your age and height, then all you have to do is just keep the things going. But if you are obese or overweight, you have to burn your fat and at the same time eat a diet that will reduce calories. I suggest, " Ash Gourd" juice and cut pieces. Remember it is a tasteless vegetable but help dissolve fat faster. Try it.
Yes.......eating more and more frequently. Try about 6 small meals throughout the day and be sure to get plenty of lean protein. If you limit your intake of food you send the message to your body that you are starving. You will lose weight but you are also losing muscle in the meantime. Your body will then hoard the calories that you do ingest and want to store them as fat because it thinks you are starving. Made this answer more complicated than it needed to be. Once a day for 45 minutes on cardio is more than enough. Best first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
