Good Ab exercises.....????



I am 5' 2" and 130 lbs very curvey, small build.... I however have such loose skin from having my daughter on my tummy, the "pouch" as people call it..... any ab exercises I can do to tighten it up??? I ride the exercise bike 30 mins a day and do 200 crunches and do arms weights....but even w/ the bike and crunches every day for 3 weeks, I am barely seeing a difference in the pouch area...my arms are getting tone....and my legs & buttocks have always been muscular... I just need help w/ the lower gutt..????

It could take up to 6 weeks for results to show. Are you doing reverse crunches as well? Normal crunches work your upper abs, and a reverse crunch (lay flat, pull your knees to your chest) will work the lower abs.
get ankle and wrist weights and work on crunches and pushups.thats what i did and i have a 6 pack
for working the lower abs I lie on my back with my head tilted up so I'm looking at my knees (make sure you try and relax your shoulders though), arms by your side

then put both legs up straight (soften your knees if you can't get your legs straight at 90 degrees to the floor),

then lower, with control, both legs, keeping them straight, down about 6 inches to start with, and then come back up. breathe in when you're lowering your legs, breathe out when you bring them back to the starting position.

after you get stronger you can start to lower your legs even further closer to the floor and bring them back up, always steady and with control.
