PLEASE: How do I do good exercises with these>>>?



I have this:

Two 10 pound dumbells
A treadmill
An exercise bike

PLEASE HELP ME!

I want to know how to do have a good DAILY workout with these. Tell me how many minutes on each and what type of exercises I should do.

if you want to decrease your weight start 15 min daily on each of them, increase 5 min each 3 days, and try to take 2 days off in the week. but remember ALWAYS PLAY ON LEVEL ONE. if you want to gain muscles the same plan but increase the level it can be 3 and above, good luck.
