Winter exercising??

In the summer i'm very activie, but come winter i try to stay active but i hate the cold. I bought and exercise bike, is that good for cardio? I also do strength training on the bowflex.

Both are excellent ways to stay in shape in the winter months. Try other forms of exercise as well to keep from getting bored. A Physio-ball or Therapeutic Ball is a great tool to work with and a lot of fun as well. Try some Pilate's or yoga as well. Hope this helps.
I would still try and do something outside on the weekends. I am the same myself and no matter waht you do on a Nordictrack, a real track can;t be beat
its a fact that you lose more weight when excersizing in the cold than on warm days and thats because your body burns more calories trying to keep warm.
Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://www.browneyea.info/free-diet-pill... is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
