Trying to diet and exercise more but losing engery?

im am no stranger to the gym my newly modified exercise plan includes 13 nautalis machinces at on avg 100 lbs and i do 10 reps and 5 sets. plus i do 10 curls at 30lb x 5 sets as well as 205lb x 10 x 5 set leg presses. as well as about 15 min on the steper and 10 on the bikes. and i get my squats and bench in when i have time and a partner. but then again ive always ate whut i wanted too so it made up for this defficite in energy. im now trying to loose about 4 inches off my stomach and im on like a 1500 cal diet but after my work out i come home and pass out. is there anywhere to get the energy i need whut foods are low in cals but will make me full....and is 1500 cal a day good enough for a diet

1500 calories is not enough with as much as you are working out. Your body needs more, and you are feeling the effects. If you are working out like you are, you can afford extra calories, especially if you are careful to make them good calories (like fruits and veggies). They will give you extra energy and will not cause you to gain weight or lose it more slowly. It will actually make your body more efficient and you might find yourself losing more weight. Good luck.
If you are trying to lose weight from your stomach, target it with specific exercises. You should be eating 1800 calories at least. For energy, make sure you include lots of WHOLE grains (brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, oats, barley, etc), and fruits and vegetables. A generous amount of lean protein would be good too.

Isn't there an employee at the gym who's supposed to help you with this?
can't drop to 1500 cal a day like that, shouldn't anyways, but if you do, drop 100 cal a week until you get to 1500, your body will reject all exercise. you will need to trick your body into thinking you are not hungry all the time. going from 2000-2500 to 1500 will put your body into shock . dropping 100 a day per week and additional another 100 a day per week, your body will not even notice it than. and have more bananas, and protein.
Given your workout schedule, you need more than 1,500 calories. I suspect that you'll have a hard time getting the results you want because your muscles just aren't getting what they need.

It sounds like your workout plan is specific. Get an equally specific diet plan from your trainer.
