Exercise help.......?



ok i need to know some very helpful exercises to help me lose my thighs, they are huge! and i need to lose my stomach, its big too so can ya help me??? i go bike riding, and please dont suggest sit ups i hate those!

Howdy gal, I recommend you check out some of the links below.
You're doing your cardio and thats great. I love to bike and hate to run. Just make sure that when you bike that you do it on high intensity but low resistance. SO dont have it on the hardest gear to ride on. Keep it in the middle or on second to lightest.

For your stomach area

Check out that link. There are a variety of stomach workouts. THe Ab BOot Camp you can wait to do but I recommend reading "No love for love handles" or the "Ab/Middle Section WOrkout" THose are your best bets for sucess!

I hate them too, but sit ups work. You just have to start very slow, do ten at a time untill you can do more. I can only do twenty right now.
i was going to suggest you sit ups but if you aht them there is something else to do. lie on you r back and put your feet up. them imagine you are ridding a bike nd move our legs in that way. hels a lot. also try the excecise called scissors. put your feet up and try to "cut" somethinng

I hate sit ups to but they work. for legs do leg lifts walk.with and without weights aerobics. lower your calories.
Put the bike up and start walking/jogging. I love it because it flattens the stomach quick and helps reduce your thighs.

also walk and jog. and ride your bike. skinny butt can't help you.
