Does my workout plan look reasonable? |
i drink lots of water and i eat healthy, so i dont need anyone to tell me how to eat i just need to know if the following workout plan should help me lose weight. sunday: bike 30 minutes monday: bike 15 minutes, yoga for 53 minutes tuesday: bike 20 minutes, pilates for 39 minutes wednesday: bike 15 minutes, yoga for 53 minutes thursday: bike 20 minutes, pilates for 39 minutes friday: bike 15 minutes, yoga for 53 minutes saturday: bike 30 minutes by the way i cannot do any other exercises like running (bad knee) and i dont have any other resources such as a elliptical machine so please if your going to give me a different plan i only have an exercise bike and 1 pilates dvd and 1 yoga and 1 power yoga dvd. thank you. sounds great i might bike a little longer and you didnt specify speed and distance. I'd skip the yoga and do weights or more pilates instead. I think it looks reasonable. If your going to be doing this long term you might want to think about buying more dvd's because your body will get used to the ones your using after about a month. If you challenge your body you will see results. I'm not a huge yoga fan, but I love pilates. So long as you have chosen a dvd that allows you to really feel a burning sensation you should be okay. Also if your doing this to lose weight you should up your cardio time to at least 30-40 mins. Exercise is accumulative so you can always do 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening if it鈥檚 hard for you to do it all in one shot. Hope this helps! My friend's mom is a fitness trainer. |
