If im doing 25 minutes of cardio a day? |
Im doing about 25 minutes of cardio,exercise bike a day? if im to start doing 50 mins a day but break it up into to half.one set in the morning and one set after tee time will i still be geting the same benafits as doing it all at once (the exercise bike has arms so it has the rowing action aswell) no,you need to do it all in one go, and you should get better results.i did when i done it.plus it was good to get it all done and out the way. It will be more beneficial if u do it in one go but u shud not be out of breath in doing so. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. Course you will. As long as you are exercising for more than 20 mins in a session then you can do as many sessions as you like. Good for you, for doubling up your cv time! |
