I need a work out plan, can anyone help?



i want to lose about 10 pounds by exercising more (every day).
this is what i have to work with-
1. tredmill
2. exercise bike
3. real bike
4. weight lifting thing
5. yoga/stretching/gymnast mats
can you put together a exercise plan thing? i know im asking a lot...

40 mins of cardio on a machine of your choice
40 modified pushups on the mat (Knees are bent)
100 crunches/situps on the mat
25 lunges on each leg
30 pulsating squats
3 sets of 20 arms raises
3 sets of 20 chest presses
3 sets of 20 bicep curls
3 sets of 20 tricep curls

Do this 5 times a week and eat right. The weight will melt off. Source(s): Lost 20 pds in 2 months doing this PLUS MORE!
