How much will i lose/should lose? |
I'm 17, 6ft, male and 280lbs. I eat healthy, drink 2 litres of water a day and make sure i get atleast 2 pieces of fruit inside me a day. I'm looking towards 220 pounds as a reasonalbe weight as i'm building muscle everyday..is this ok? This is my daily routine: Hour of the exercise bike in the morning. Hour of the rowing machine in the afternoon. Hour of weight lifting (2x10lbs dumbells) in eveninig. I don't feel tired, overdone or feeling the need for energy so i'm coping with my exercise routine quite well. My exercise bike says i burn 1000calories in an hour but this is not totally correct right? as it's just theoretical. Usually muscuel weighs more than fat, so if your keeping fit and eating healthy your weight is normal. Your not fat your strong and healthy.
