Ugh eating??



well in the past i have drastically cut back my portions --no breakfeast, no lunch, small dinner - no junk food. and then i would try to exercise everyday. i lost a lot of weight but was still not underweight after i did this for about a year and a half. i became more comfortable with myself and had eaten alot more i went from 125-150. this summer i began dieting eating about 100-150 calories for breakfeast-no lunch- and then whatever (without overeating) for dinner . then i would throw it up not all but half atleast. then i would jump on the trampoline and bike on the exercise bike. i dropped to 135. then a week later i fainted at work the doctor said it was dehydration . i then went to 130 i am 5'5. and want to be 120. i know bulimia is terrible for you but i am currently eating a very small meal in the morning under 200 calories and then throwing up some of my dinner and exercising. i dotn want to be a stick i just want to be 120 and then maintain is this goign to cause major damage

Ok, I know exactly how you feel. Talk to someone, a close friend someone you can trust. Tell them how you feel and what is going on. You are at a healthy weight at 130. There really is no need to go to 120. But anyways you need to talk to someone. You will feel so much better. I was going through the same thing as you and then I told someone and they have been helping me. I know they are there for me. So you need to find someone that can do that for you.

i know u want to drop it fast but how about try eating just fruits and veggies with some protein cuz buimia is not good and bulimics actually don't lose that much weight, they do just not that much...please don't continue on like this...Good Luck!
Your entire body needs enough food to survive. Imagine what so few calories is doing to your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, bones, muscles, brain, skin, nails, hair, eyes, blood, hormones, stomach. Every cell in your body is constructed out of food. More than 98 percent of the molecules in the body are completely replaced each year. If you haven't been eating right, within a year, you can imagine the damage you've done, can't you?

Being 120 pounds isn't such an important goal when you consider how horribly you're treating your own body. And if you don't take care of your body, where will you live?
