I need to lose ALOT of weight in my stomach...and in my back, arms and legs. I want to know of the best equipment, workouts, exercises and anything else to get. That I won't have to get a loan out of the bank for. I have Power 90, Walk Away the Pounds, I have an exercise bike, and I have an exercise ball. Can anyone suggest some other really good stuff for me to get to really shed the pounds?
exersice alone will not help unless you start strict dieting ,these fats are really stuborn known as cellulite which will start moving after 3 months of strict dieting ,if you diet along with workout it will work like a miracle Gastric bypass much quicker
