I Want to lose Fat? |
My weight is 175lbs my height is 5"11 and around 20% body Fat,Gender male. I started a 1,500 calorie diet and i exercise on a exercise bike for about 25 minutes and the moniter says i burned 500 calories. Should i continue on this diet and exercise.
