Losing weight being not overweight, it isnt working?

I'm 16 years old, 5"0 and just under 8 stone
im not overweight
but im not skinny either, im size 8/10 but because im small im not skinny being 8 stone.

i exercise everyday.
each morning i use exercise bike for 30mins, go to gym 3 times a week and do pilates & ab workouts each night
i also do a lot of walking, at least 2 hours a day

i eat around 1000 calories a day, i cant manage much more than that, i get full after a very small amount of food.
i also eat well, i dont eat much junk food, & all i drink is water

i even tried with not eating over 300 calories a day for a long time but lost no weight even with all the exercise (dont bother starving yourself it doesnt work it just slows your metabolism and makes you miserable)

im out a lot ive tried doing the 5 small meals a day thing but its impossible being out alot and not being the one to cook your own meals

please give me some help or advise, i dont understand why i dont lose any weight

I don't understand why you want to lose weight - is that what you are saying? You are a size 8/10 why on earth do you want to lose weight? Please tell me are not one of those silly girls aiming for size zero, because you sound great as you are?
Remember, muscle weighs more than fat - you sound as though you're pretty toned to me with all your exercise.
And eating 300 calories or less a day is madness, first of all it's not healthy, you can't possibly hope to function properly on only that amount of food and secondly, if you don't eat enough, you fool your body into thinking you are starving yourself and it then starts to store fat.
You should try for 1500 calories a day, but I understand you can't always eat that much, particularly as you sound petite to me - make sure you eat lots of fresh fruit and veg and drink plenty of water. You sound just right to me :) Source(s): PS - my friend is 5 foot, size 6-8, weighs about 7 stone and looks awful, her face is drawn and she is a bag of bones, in fact when we go on holiday I wonder how she manages to lie on the sun bed without getting uncomfortable with her bones sticking out like that!
simple

your loosing fat and building muscle

muscle weighs more than fat.

see simple
you wont stiop growing until youre around 21 and the calorie intake you are on is simply being exercised away
so you arent losing weight and youre not gaining any either
if you go on like this you will damage your body
more fruit and verg please and ask to see a dietician who can advise you
your right dont starve yourself, im sure that your not as big as you see yourselve to be but keep up your exersice and diet regime and you should see results, i think you are focusing on it too much only weigh your self say once every two weeks and you should see results dont fret your only 16 everyone has babyfat and the older you get the more you will grow out of it dont worry keep up the good work and you will see the results soon enough
Wow. It seems that you're doing everything right!
There's a chance that it might be muscle seeing as you exercise so much. Also if you drink a lot of water all the time you may only seem bloated, but you're not fat!
You don't need to lose weight !
I'm a bit heavier than you, and I'm quite happy with my weight. :-]
Oh, don't starve yourself! That's the last thing you want to do!
You're exercising a lot, so you're building up your muscles, that's why you're not losing weight. Just cut down on the snacks. :-]]
