Need help to shape up for racing.?



Hey everyone. Thanks for reading this if you have done.

Basically, i'm 20, Male, I'm 5ft 9" tall and weigh 190lbs. I've got a race car and i've decided I want to shape up a bit. My upper and lower legs have very little fat on them and are well built because I do a lot of sports like football and the like, aswell as my neck and shoulders are well toned, only thing is my stomach needs flattening.

I don't smoke, i've never had any alcohol and never taken any drugs. At the moment i'm probably eating about 1200-1500 calories a day, I drink lots of water, sometimes some juice with meals. I have weights and a exercise bike available to me and do about 15miles on the bike and 20minutes with the weights. I just want to know what would be the recommended amount of days I should do the above a week to lose about 20lbs. I want to lose it by february / march time.

I'd also like to know of any extra recommendations for myself.
