Increasing Stamina? |
I do 80 situps, half an hour on a exercise bike and 5 press-ups (This is all i can do right now :-() each night. I'm trying to increase my stamina. How much do you reckon i should increase the amount and time of exercise i do each week? I'm not interested in losing weight, just increasing stamina. Any other exercises i could do at home to help me and also help me be able to do more press-ups, so i can finally ba able to do chin-ups/pull-ups. I'm female btw, if that's any help. i think jogging 10-15 miles daily will enhance both your stamina..and endurance..try that out..coupled with 15 push-ups every mile that you cover.. Why don't you follow those exercise programs they set up for those who want to do a Marathon run? Those clever stamina and endurance increasing programmes have been devised by professionals who know exactly what exercise and how often to do over a given number of weeks' time in preparation for a Marathon run. whatever u do.... the best ways to increase stamina are by jogging and swimming... i've been trying jogging since last one month and the results are very nice... u may even cut on those situps...! experience |
