What are first body signs you are losing weight?



It's been two weeks now, and whilst I have intensified training (equivalent of 1km on exercise bike; 20 skips daily; ten-minute brisk walk with my dog) for weight-loss, my weight is STILL the same! Yet, I have been sweating every morning profusely, esp after the bike ride, and skips. What's going on?

uh ... you talked about exercise ... but you didn't mention anything about dieting. try eating less, and eating healthier.
You may be losing fat gaining muscle. That could be one reason for the problem
Recommend at least 30 minutes of aerobics per DAY to MAINTAIN weight. Increase it. And maintain a healthy diet.

Plus Muscle weighs 3 times as much as fat. The first month or two will always show very little loss as muscle builds. Once the muscle levels off you should start losing weight on a regular basis.
In the first 8 weeks , what is lost is water weight which can be put on easily. our body consist of 70% water , and you can expect to lost 5 to 10 kg.

Real weight lost comes with consistant exercise , burining more calories than you consume... so watch your dier.
