I wasn't clear the last time...? |
Ok, I worked out my leg muscles yesterday on my exercise bike, there was some resistance. Then I accidentally went on the bike again today. It wasn't a full session like yesterday, it was about 10 minutes because I realized I already worked my muscles in that area. But I do feel sore, mainly in my inner and outer thighs, and I've never felt this sore before. (I basically had resistance training 2 days in a row) Did I harm my muscles? Did I ruin the process of muscle building and instead, cause muscle depletion? If not, what did I do!? Thanks ahead of time! I don't think you did any permanent damage. Those muscles just need to take it easy for a couple of days. Take some ibuprofen or aspirin to relieve some of the soreness, drink plenty of water, and try to rest those muscles. Try going for a light walk or swimming a little tomorrow and the day after just to work the stiffness out, then get back into your regular routine. Getting stronger muscles means breaking them down then they build back up bigger. I can't lift weights because, if my muscles get broken down, it takes weeks for them to get over it. You're having a normal reaction. Might want to check to see if you are seated at the right height. It can make a huge difference. Your body may be trying to compensate for a height that isn't right for you. It will go away with time. Experience Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.greathealthyes.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. You are OK-you did not ruin your muscles. |
