Please help me. My thighs are rubbing each another. Is it possible to reduce their width? |
I am a 80 kg person. I have a normal waist but my thighs seems to be rubbing each another. I would like to loose it asap! I am doing bike riding 4 times a week and cycle with the exercise bike. Do anybody have any therapy or formula to get rid of this problem. Thanks i fully appreciate your views. Running is very good for your legs. I have found that running is really the best exercise for my thighs and calves. Probably you should go and work out and like get your thieghs in shape you know. It should be easier since you're helping the process with exercise. There is no magic to taking fat off any particular area. If you eat less than you burn, fat comes off more or less evenly. You'll notice it most in areas that have the most stored. Everyone is a bit different on that score. I don't know if its any help to you, but mine stop rubbing together when I get down to 144lbs, corresponding to about 7.5% body fat. |
