Ok people is this workout/diet plan good enough for me to lose 14lbs?



Ok so here is the daily calorie list

Breakfast: 200 cals

Lunch : 300-500 cals

Dinner: 800-900 cals

Snacks (all together) : 300 cals.

Exercise: 1 hour every day on the exercise bike and 3-4 times a week, i will do pilates.

I will spend about 15 mins on workout every day as well.

How long will it take me to lose 14lbs?

Your weight sound just perfect right now.I think if you lost 14lbs. you would be too thin. Try exercising and toning and I bet you'll have the body you desire.

If you are 5'4" and 120lbs, you are not going to lose weight if you eat this much...I think you are eating a lot for dinner. I recently went from 5'4" 122lbs to 110lbs...and I was eating a lot less than this. You can eat more for breakfast...but 800cal for dinner is too much.
