I have just started to diet and lost 10lbs in the first week but only 2lb the 2nd week although i worked harder on my exercises. 100 sits up per day and 32 miles on an exercise bike. My clothes feel bigger but i am a little confused.
Well when u lost 10lbs first week most of that was water weight. sounds like now you are loosing fat weight now. Two lbs a week is great! sure u get muscles or more toned so it doesnt look like u lost weight but ur body has now gained muscles and looks better Muscle weights more than fat, so yes you can.. you are toning up and getting firmer.
