All summer, I hav been exercising a lot. It helps me relieve stress, it's great for my health and body, and I have been enjoying it. I was wondering if anyone here knows what I can do to get a toned stomach. I am the right weight for my height, but I want my stomach toned. I do sit ups and crunches everyday, also I ride the exercise bike for 45 minutes or the treadmill. Is there anything else I can do as well?

Well you can also make sure you work your lower abs by lying on your back with your legs straight and your feet about six inches off the ground. Then lift your legs up to about 12 inches and back down to six. And you can also work the sides of your abs (I can't remember what they're called) by lying in the normal sit-up position and let your knees kind of fall to your right. Then you lift your left side up, like a half sit-up. And for the other side as well. And also for these sit-ups and normal sit-ups it's best to sit only halfway up, because after a certain point you're no longer working your abs (you can feel that they are no longer tight.)
