What happened? |
Ok, I was just cycling on the exercising bike planning to do 10km in 20 mins, I only did about 5 mins when I got really tired (unlike last time) and my legs just died out I got of and I felt really sick (wanting to vomit I went outside for fresh air and laid outside for like 20 minutes before I felt slightly better, and I was sweating a lot. I usually eat healthy except for the last week or so, 2 eggs a day (boiled) and KFC and stuff. High cholesterol or what, I'm afraid to exercise again :p Sounds like you need carbs for energy. Eat a balanced meal that includes veggies, fruit and protein, plus drink water often It could be a delayed food allergy or reaction. Exercising will speed up digestion and absorption. I have Celiac disease http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases... It could be that you are dehydrated or just over exerted yourself. Drink plenty of fluids and make sure you are getting in some fruits and veggies. |
