How can you workout without...?



I don't want to join a gym or spend tons of money on equipment. I have an exercise bike that I'm beginning to ride. I know you can also walk and run. I want to use some dumbbells around 10 - 25 pounds. What are some good exercises to do? What are some websites that show you how to workout without the use of gym machines? Anything would be great...Thanks.

I got a bench for bench pressing and for leg exercises at walmart and bought the weights separately at academy in total they were about $125 and it's very reliable, there are alot of websites that show exercises, even in youtube..

There are lots of exercises you can do with the dumbbells. Curls, shoulder press, bench press (if you have a bench), tricep extensions, lunges and squats for the legs. Throw in some good old fashioned pushups, too. If you do them right, they hit more than just arms and chest. They'll tighten up the abs and legs, too.
