Well first of all i was really overweight 2 years ago...almost 130 kilos...moving out of home, i dropped 5kg easily...which put me on 124kg...a month and a half ago, i changed my life. I started riding 30-40min a night on the exercise bike, lowered my calories and live an active lifestyle.
Through this, ive dropped another 4kg...which yeh is great but its over 2 months, and i dont know how i can lose weight more weight!! I understand weight can "platue" (not sure of spelling) and everyone who DOESNT know ive been exercising has been saying; "my god youve lost weight..." and i have, the inches ive lost is AMAZING...but not much weight? WHATS the deal??
just keep working out and doing what you've been doing. mabye try going for 45 to 50 min a night. I've platued before and I just kept on going but increased the workout time. and before I knew it I was loosing weight again..
