or at least diminish it. I am thin, 5' 7", 135 lbs but I still have some yucky back flab. What exercises can I do to help rid myself of it without bulking up too much. Being toned is good, but being a female, I just don't want to build the muscles too much. I don't go to the gym, all I have is an exercise bike and a couple of light weights. Anything I can do at home to help?
Use the exersise bike. Muscles on girls is FINE look at the gymnasts! There is nothing WRONG with being a girl and having muscles! Musles ACTUALLY give you a thinner appearance! You cannot just rid fat in just one area, you most lose weight all over. You should try and exercise at least 3 days a week for at least a half an hour. Change it up by doing the bike on day and pilates (there are great videos) with your weights. Just because you work out doesn't mean you get huge muscles.
