WHO EVER MAKES ME THE BEST DIET PLAN WILL GET THE POINTS I AM IN VERY GOOD NEED OF ONE AND I NEED HELP BADLY!!!!! PLZZZ HELP!

I believe I can help you with this. I am not overweight, nor have I ever been, but I have had trouble with being content with the amount of food I need. (I always would feel like I need more, even though I was full)

The kind of food to eat would be all natural food. Do not eat processed food or fast food. If you desire to know why, research what ingredients were used in making it and how it was made. I believe a McDonald's hamburger is only 30% meat. They use fillers. It is not good for your body. Even if you eat a small amount each day of fast food and don't gain weight, your cholesterol would be dangerously high.

Eat fruits and vegetables. If you like to eat deserts (chocolate, cookies, ice cream, etc.) replace it with fruits. Get rid of all of those type of things in your house, so you won't be tempted. Those other deserts are high in sugar (which is addictive) and have little or no nutrients. Fruits, on the other hand, have natural sugars and have high in the nutrients that your body should have.

If you want a snack, eat crunchy vegetables instead of things like potato chips, etc. Those fatty foods do not satisfy and makes you feel like you can eat forever. However, it is hard to overeat with vegetables. Eat carrots, celery, broccoli heads, cauliflower, corn, etc. as snacks.

If you want to go anywhere, walk. If you don't leave the house much, jog indoors for a set time of five minutes. An exercise that burns more energy would be to jog with legs lifted high. Do 20 jumping jacks a day, jog, walk, attempt several push ups a day until you gain more strength (then do more), and do as many sit ups as you can (start with a goal of 15)... if you ride your exercise bike a day, do it for endurance. If you watch television, put your bicycle in front of it and ride it until you are done. If you ever watch television, ride the bicycle. If you don't, try to do it 30 mins. a day or more.

To get your mind off food is quite hard. There are many influences. Many people have accepted portions of meals that I believe are more than any person actually needs. People have accepted set times throughout the day (example: breakfast, lunch, dinner.) It can implant in our brain that we think we need food at these times every day. I encourage you to only eat if you are hungry. Many people do not eat for strength but because of their emotions (taste). They want to taste and feel food in their mouths. If you have a craving, test to see if it is your stomach that desires food or if it is your senses. Usually cravings last about 5 minutes, and then they subside. If you have a craving, focus on something else (read, write, put your mind at work..).

You should really stay away from sugary foods and caffienated drinks. These are addictive, and your brain goes after the drug, not the food/drink. It may seem like you want the drink, but you can notice that craving is unlike any other (do you have such intense cravings for say, milk?) These things are unhealthy, and causes obesity.
I encourage you to NOT drink diet sodas (addictive). In many cases the sugar leads to diabetes, which is a serious condition. For your own precious life, keep away from those. Drink your favorite juice instead. There are certain flavored waters that have no sugar or caffiene, and taste just like soda. (Black cherry, strawberry, all kinds..) In the labels, be sure to research any kind of chemical before eating/drinking. It could be harmful. Stay away from trans fats.

It's quite easy to get all your vitamins and proteins, if you eat the right kinds of foods. There are orange juice brands that put calcium and vitamin D in their juices, so that you get a good amount of nutrients in one 8 oz. glass! Eating cream of wheat is very healthy. It has a lot of iron and zinc, etc. If you eat toast, get a healthy kind with lots of grains. Don't get white bread; it holds NO nutrients and sits on your gut. Eat boiled eggs...those would be more beneficial for you as opposed to fried. Drink plain milk. In meats, eat oven cooked, not fried. Fried food is more fatty. I think red meats and white meats both hold good purposes, so just don't fry them. Make the meats the least part of the diet. With vegetables, greens are yellows are really good for you. (Broccoil, spinach, squash..)
Eat organics. Those are safe.

Don't have any set meal plans during the day. Try to eat only when you need to. Be active, never idle.
I pray that you are able to overcome your habits in Christ Jesus. If you seek Him, He will answer..

God bless you and guide you.
He can give you self-control and free you from enslavement. A person is a slave to whatever has mastered him/her.
easy there kiddo, first you need to sit down with your parents then your doctor to discuss all of these things. people on here don't know you well enough to give you an exact diet plan. it's very good that you notice this and want to take action, but please talk with your doctor before tryin anythin. good luck~!
Nobody can make up a perfect diet plan for you because what works for them probably won't work for you. It's a matter of trial and error AND success! Somethings will work, others won't but you'll figure it out.

Eat foods that are natural. Cut out all white stuff (white rice, white bread, white potatoes, white sugar). Get up and get moving. 30 minutes min of exercise 5 days a week. Throw in some strength training to boost your metabolism.
Its all about self control. I eat 5 times a day. For breakfast(7am) i will eat a bowl of oatmeal(don't add sugar) and a banana or fruit of your choice. At 10 I drink a protein shake and another piece of fruit, again don't add sugar to your fruits. 12:30 Eat a turkey sandwich just use lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, basically anything that does not contain fat such as cheese. Also eat a small portion of pretzels or rice cake, or a cup of yogurt. 330 eat a tuna and spinach salad(NO MAYO) and use a lite or fat free dressing throw in some egg whites(not the yolk, egg whites are great for you its the yolk that bad) throw in a tbs of croutons and maybe some bacon bits, also kraft does make fat free shredded cheese, try that.. At 7-8 Eat GRILLED(NOT FRIED) chicken with rice and with 2TBS of terkyaki or sweet and sour sauce, along with a side of green beans. Some important notes, foods with saturated fats above 6-7 grams stay away from. 20 grams of saturated fats are more then a person should have in a day. Next DON"T EAT FAST FOOD(a big mac prob has around 25 sat fat grams itself!!!!) OR DRINK POP. I can't stress this enough. DON"T EAT FRIED FOOD. DON"T EAT PAST 8pm. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. USE SKIM MILK. IF YOUR HUNGRY DRINK WATER. Run on a treadmill, a staionary bike, or an EFX machine for at least 30 min a day, at the minimum. Generally RED meat is not going to be good for you, eat chicken, tuna, salmon, pork, turkey, all these meats are high in protein and low in fat. Eat tons of green vegetables-broccli, spinach, green beans, pea's, etc. Eat a lot of fruit. Basically the only way you are going to shed your pounds is if you can control your eating habits, exercise, and resist temptation, it will be hard at first, but after awhile your body will ajdust. JOIN A GYM, seriously, go there after school. Take a One a Day pill for women, it will provide you with essential vitamins you need for the day. Listen if you follow my small portion diet, with AT LEAST (hopefully more)30 min of cardio workout(bike, treadmill, EFX) you will see significant progress. As far as diet soda's, just don't drink soda, simple as that. It is really bad for you. Also don't add sugar or salt to your foods, i know if might be hard at first but your body will soon get used to it. Stay away from candy, fast food(can't stress enough), pizza, anything with lots of cheese. Good luck, and remember if you really want to lose it, then do it, if you don't then its your own fault. Hope this helps.
