How long will it take for weight to start dropping?



this question is for my friend

she has recently started exercising, using exercise bike every day and doing weights and yoga
she already ate healthy but wanted to lose weight

how long does it usually take to start loosing noticable weight

Losing weight is diffent for all kinds of people. The bigger you are the better the results you will see initionaly (usually). The amount of weight you can lose has to do with the amount of kiljoules you consume a day and how many your body uses. The less you consume and the more you burn the more weight you will lose. Your friend will see noticeable results within 2-3 weeks.
I say probably a week or more, but hard to say cos every indivivual's body metabolic rate is different. Good luck

That's open season dude. Plus people can gain a bit of weight at first because muscle weight>fat weight.

The standard is it takes longer the less you have to lose.

And people's meto's are different.
