how does it work? i know it has something to do with 7000 calories per week but what does it actually mean and how do i work out how to do it? i currently weigh 130 pounds, have been on the slim fast diet for 8 weeks now losing only 1 pound a week max, walk for 1/2 hour everyday as well as 1/2 hour on my exercise bike and weights and stomach exercises. i need to lose another stone in 7 weeks so please help me how to work it out!
Cut most sugar from your diet except for natural sugars from fruit, THIS MEANS CUT OUT THE SLIM FAST, IT'S LOADED WITH SLIM FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no regular soda (diet soda is ok in limited amounts of course) absolutely no fast food, no white bread or any white flour, only whole 100% grains, plenty of water, lots of vegetables, a good quality multi-vitamin supplement. Also, do 30-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. This is how I lost 50 lbs. I used to be a size 13/14 and now I'm a size 3/4. Just be patient and consistant, I promise this will work for you. I used to think I knew how, but I've hit a plateau too.
I used the book by Jorge Cruise and lost two pounds a week, but THE SAME PLAN is not working this time around. :*o(
