How to looooooooooooooose weight in a short period of time?



Ok I exercise a lot. I jump rope, play basketball, run in the exercise bike and go up the stairs. I need to loose weight cause im fat, and I really want to do it. But I want to loose weight before school starts in August. I want to loose about 30-40 pounds. if you would like to lose one or more pounds in a week, you should cut 250 calories from your diet every day and burn 250 calories every day. its easy and doesnt take a lot of time/effort. 250 calories is the amount of calories in a slice of pizza. Dont have websites but I know if you replace two of three meals a day with grape nuts cereal for a month you will be shocked and happy with the results I promise. I lost thirty pounds in a month and a half like that. Cut out soda, and dont snack and you will be set. sorry about the websites thing didnt help for best answer just wanted to help.
