Help me i dnt know what i can do?!? |
im13 and i think im fat i weigh 112lb and im 5ft 1 i started going on ymy exercise bike for 10mins then took it up to 30mins and found it fine but my mum came in and told me 2 get off because i was takin the whole dieting thing 2 seriously she said doin 30mins for my age when im not fat is bad and she doesnt want me 2 go over the top with it but i think 30mins is fine and i wanna lose weight and i go on my tramplone for about 5-10mins because i get soo tiredd i do often do about 200 situps i am maily tryin 2 lose weight on my legs and bum and a bit on my stomach what other exercise can i do without my mum moaning at me its 2 much for me 30 mins gets your Mom upset? Wow. Mom is not too bright. Tell Mom I run 9 hours on Tuesdays, in the mountains. Tell her I'm OK and in great shape. go for a jog, work up to 30 minutes, and then if you feel you still need more after a few weeks, go ahead, it wont hurt, it doesnt hurt to wanna be in shape and healthy at a young age. this (13-20 years old) is the best time to get in shape, for life! dont worry too much about weight your still REALLY young, and your bodies only STARTING to change..but if you really want to do something fitness-wise...jog it all off.. Hi Holly, It is great to see that your paying attention to your health but i fear that your motivation is influenced by the "size sero" and "skinny celeb" epidemic. My advice is eat and exercise but seriously mate, dont over do it. The old saying MOTHER KNOWS BEST, is true. Maybe just do light exercise eg 20 minutes 3 times per week and just a light bike ride or walk. At your age you should not be over doing it, it can do more worse than good. Eat right - whole grains, fruit and veg and have sweets and treats in moderation. Be concious of what your eating and you'll never need to worry about it. Goodluck - DONT OVER DO IT. Much love common sense hiii.... i think you should play some game like badminton or lawn tennis whichever you like.. i m sure your mum is not going to say anything if you play.. you will burn calories in your body very soon... try playing on a regular time for 1 hour daily.. simmi ( www.health.aggregatedweb.com) www.health.aggregatedweb.com u r a child!!!!!! i was still playing with barbie at that age i think. ok well just take it easy. u dont need to work out like that ur not fat. just go for walks and watch ur food intake. no junk food and drink water. normal thin and modal thin are to different things. models r way to skinny and unhealthy looking. anyways guys like a little meat on their women. see i said women and u go 5years until that day so just chill. |
