I officially start my diet today... i need some help? |
ok so its officially Friday at 12:01. i am starting my diet today, in hopes of losing 10 pounds. i'm 5'3" and 115 pounds (14 years old) Please don't tell me i dont need to lose weight. My questions are: 1. How much exercise should i do every day? I have a tredmill, exercise bike, weight machine, and pilates tapes at home. can situps really flatten your stomach? 2. How much should i be eating? What kind of foods? Any good recipes or ideas of really healthy foods? 3. What are some ways i can burn off extra calories during the day? How long until i see results? Thanks :) if you lose more weight, people will think you are anorexic. your weight is healthy, if you lose more weight, then you'll be underweight. you should be happy in the weight you are in. Source(s): http://www.caloriecontrol.org/ibw.html... situps just make your stomach harder... try starting with a 100 a day and you'll feel it much harder... hi there 1. you should do lat least half an hour exersice a day, and no sit ups do not flaten your stomach, you can not spot reduce 1 part of your body. 2.i find the best way to loose weight is to eat ever 3- 4 hours eg - brekfast - poached egg on toast snack - yoghut lunch - salad snack - fruit tea - chicken and veg by eating little and often you constantly keep your metabalisme fired up, 3. as 4 food you should be eating,80%should look like it came from the ground or off a tree eg, fruit and veg the other 20% should be meat, fish ,dairy or soya. try to eat 5 servings of fruit and veg a day and drink lots of water 8+ glasses (this will help u deside if you are hungry or thirsty) 4. as for burning more calories in the day you will need to look at ur day and deside that your self 4 example if u always take the elevator take the stairs etc hope this helps. ive added sum web site 4 u to look at hope this helps good look. dont over do it www.ivillage.com www.ediets.com |
