Im a 22 year old girl, weigh 57kg and im 163cm tall, how many calories do i need burn a day to lose weight? |
i exercise for 20mins on an exercise bike 2 times a week, and i work in retail 38 hours a week. what foods should i be eating and what should i avoid. Your body mass index (BMI) is 21.5. The normal BMI is between 18.5-24.9. So you are not overweight. Eat food in moderation and exercise Your not over weight, but you need to eat foods like pasta and nuts, broccoli, stay away from coke and pepsi especially diet stuff, and fried foods, chicken is good too but not fied broiled and without the skin good luck You are at the low end of normal. You do not need to lose weight. Eat lots of fibrous food, and avoid fatty oils where possible. Drink lots of water (it is good for your complexion) A balanced diet of between 1,500 - 2,000 calories per day spread over three or four meals should suffice. However, sometimes more and sometimes less will be fine as well. Just weigh yourself once every 2 weeks to check you are not losing weight or gaining weight. Adjust your diet or exercise accordingly.
