Good things to eat to boost calories?



Hi, just wanna know some quick simple healty snacks I can use to up my daily calorie intake as I would like to gain some weight but I am burning loads of calories exercising, an hour on an exercise bike burning close to 700 calories plus my circuit training which takes roughly an hour and a half. So with that training I guess I need more calories, I am already eating a lot of healthy food but not enough calories

Drink ensure 3 times a day with a meal. One bottle has 250 cals. Thats what I did to gain some weight.
Carbs, carbs, carbs! You'll find them in grains such as cereals and breads. Fruits will give you energy as well. If you're looking to build muscle, add a little more meat into your diet; the protein helps.
Nuts (natural peanut butter yum!), trail mix, and complex carbs (oatmeal/grains) are very calorie dense and will give you those extra calories in a small amount.

Just remember to eat clean carbs...not junk food (refined white breads, pastas, sugars). Good luck to you!
