Will i lose weight..?



today i had a small bowl of rasin bran cereal for breakfast. then for lunch i had tomato soup with 2 bologna and cheese sandwiches (1 piece of bologna and cheese on each) with a little mayo on them on wheat bread. then for dinner i went to frisches and had about 1/2 to 3/4 of a big boy and a small hot fudge sundae :[ i know i couldnt resist. but anyway, my question is.. will i still burn enough calories to lose some weight or did i mess up with the diet? my exercise routine is doing 50 sit ups, 60 crunches (30 on each side) then do the tredmill for 15 minutes at a jogging pace (running for maybe 2 minutes) and i hold 2lb weights on each arm for about 3 minutes. then i stop and do 50 more sit ups and 60 more crunches. then i get back on the tredmill for 15 more minutes. then do 50 more sit ups. sometimes i go to the gym a few times a week and do an eliptical for 15 minutes and an exercise bike for 15 minutes.im 5'4'' and 158-160lbs. did i mess up today or was my diet ok? -- continued

The truth is nobody can tell you if you are following the right "program" or not. Just because there is no right program, no matter what marketers will like you to believe.

The only truth is that you have to keep on improving your eating and exercise habits.

There is no right and wrong program BUT there is the program that GIVES you RESULTS and those that DON'T.

Exercise is a good thing. Diet will help you some but you need to get rid of the fat around your organs first. Then your diet and exercising will have the greatest effect. I lost 11 pounds and almost 14" in 9 days and have kept it off for almost a year plus 5 more pounds. My friend lost 65 pounds in 4 1/2 months. We used www.greatfit.isagenix.com. if you do this pretty rarely, like maybe twice a month at most, but if you don't start doing it like often.. then u will mess it up, but u gotta give someday a rest!! and u can allow that but like i said rarely! lol and u wont gain weght like that
Heck yes you'll loose weight! Im on every pill and shake there is cuz I hate crunchs and sit-ups! Props for you!!!
