I wanna lose weight wht equipments should i use to lose weight? I have a threadmill & a exercising bike wht else? Is 1 hour a day to much to do exercise? one hour a day sounds great, actually thats about what the Army does to maintain physical fitness in soldiers, remember that when you exercise to start off on a level that coincides with your abilities, don't try running with lance armstrong, alternate muscle groups by day, and change up your cardio routine to keep it interesting, also a good low fat and maybe even low carb diet can really help you lose weight. Just don't exercise too much. One hour a day is plenty. If you overwork your body you could do more damage than good. One hour a day is fine, but you won't lose weight until you burn more calories than you consume. You also need to pay attention to what you are eating. Take your pick, count calories, or fat grams or carbohydrates. Diefferent things work for different people. if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs You saved points by asking two questions at once. Good for you. I have lost weight by staying on this answer site instead of eat, and I walk down the hall and around the livingroom every time I load another site to provide anwers for exercise. One hour a day is recommended. It seems unnecessary, but always see a doctor before you try to loose a lot of weight all at once.
