How can i do better to get slim thigh and leg ? |
i'm 5'5 and 114 lbs. Wanna lost couple pounds and get better body shape by 4 weeks. I eat 1200 - 1400 cal each day, my work out : run/walk on trademill 4 days a week for an hour ( average 4.5 mph) , including 2 days weight lifting and pilate for 30 mins once a week. Tummy used to be my problem area, but after exercise for 3 weeks, my arms, abs have been frimer and slimmer -- but not my thighs & legs -- they are frim, but not slim...not even 1 cm. what should i do ? should i switch to another exercise ( like bike) ? or what ? please help. thanks a lot !! There's a problem and I hate to be there bringer of bad news but the body really chooses where the fat will come off. Regardless of the exercise you do the body will take fat away from where ever there is fat. You can tone the muscle of specific area - in your case your thigh and legs. Cycling is great for that area but you don't want to forget the weights either. Muscle burns fat 24/7 and your quads being REALLY large muscles burns a lot of fat. Do a good regime of running, swimming, cycling, etc and lift weights. Good Luck swimming life squats and lunges and pile! My guess is that your legs and thighs are slim. If you are 5'5" and 114. You may need to think about your body image and see if you are really seeing yourself for what you are in the mirror. You are very very thin!! If you want to tone, do lunges, they are great for your legs and butt. But, you are seriously thin and I bet you have little sticks for legs! Honestly!!!
