To spite all the fads how do I know how many carbs to eat? I am exercising.?



I am exercising, riding my bike at least 5 times a week for an hour. I just don't know how many is to many. I eat a little pasta or rice at night with my chicken or fish and vegetables. I am trying to tone up and loose a couple of extra pounds. How do I do this in the most proficiant way??

around 40% of your daily caloric intake should be derived from carbohydrates. the majority of those should be low GI. food items like lentils, beans, barley, etc.
