i ride my bike for cardio exercise everyday an i bin wondering for some time now if its better to do your workout before youve eaten anything in the morning?
so say i get up at 6 and do 30 minutes riding, would i loose more weight faster than riding at half 9 at night after eating?
also if this working out before eating would just cause my body to use muscle to run instead of fat id rather not because im quiet fond on my muscle, so if anybody knows if i wud just loose muscle plz tell.... thanks =]
You shouldn't be losing muscle size if your replacing yourself after a long cardio session like that with some kind of protein and amino acids. With Cycling your body tends to lean down and show more of your lean muscle. Have you ever tried spinning? It is an awsome muscle/cardio builder. You will drop good weight as long as your diet is good too.
