What ever you find most enjoyable. When I'm walking outside I like listening to something like Jack Johnson. I think techno is a great way to get pumped up. I like hip hop (Not to be confused with rap) when I'm working out as well Jimmy Eat World Black Eyed Peas Pussycat Dolls Any thing with an up beat tempo! try stuff that u can dance too..... like black eyed peas... or pcd like there song... dont cha buttons beep wait a minute.... the new justin timberlake.. sexy back, my love , wat goes around comes a round... some nelly furtado......maneater... the new p. diddy album (some songs on it are good) come to me or something techno..... as long as it has a fast beat im currently using a soundtrack from tomb raider it has alot of techno beats on it Ok don't laugh but i work out to songs by michael jackson, Ricky Martin, Justin Timberlake. For me its about the energy of the song and the beat and not so much about the music. My favs scream by MJ Morphine by MJ actually most songs by MJ Hope this helps |
