I am concerned about my weight. What to do?



Ok I am 15 years old...and i have a lot of fat around my stomach. This is also starting to cause me to have some "man boobs" and I never had this before. This is because I spend time in front of the computer , eat and never exercise. Also because I have no muscle whatsoever. If I do not take care of this problem, what can happen other than heartattacks? And what can i do to take care of this situation? Should I start doing pushups and situps along with exercise like riding a bike? And soon after I lose some weight start working out and gaining muscle?

Start eating a healthier diet and start exercising.
Join a gym.
Don't sit in front of the computer so long.
You'll feel better if you exercise. Just start by walking 20 minutes every other day. Walk different routes, and be sure to wear appropriate clothes so that you're comfortable. Get a pedometer if you can so you can track how far you've gone. Make it a game with yourself to see how far you can go in one week, one month, etc.

Eat healthy, stay AWAY from junk food...Do sit ups/pushups...Ride a bike...Walk or run for 30 minutes every day...Talk to someone who knows about fitness and they can help you devise a plan for exercise.
u need to join a gym. for some motivation, i would have a friend come, so they will be dependent on u going. Or what i would do is get a personal trainer, this will also give u the motivation to exercise. Also eat healthier, take ALL of the junk food out of ur house, go to the store, and ONLY get healthy/better foods for your body. FYI, even if it says Organic, it wont help u in loosing weight.
You have a multitude of options. None of these have to be drastic measures. Try to watch some of what you eat. Eat smaller portions. Don't let yourself get hungry to where you will overeat to compensate. Try doing some walking, at least 30 minutes at a time. Shoot some basketball hoops. Do anything to try to stay active. Maybe limit your computer time, or alternate periods of computer activity to periods of at least light activity. You don't have to be a jock to exercise, just find something you are comfortable with that raises your heart rate. And don't wait until you lose weight to start lifting weights. Lifting weights is a proven method of weight loss, it burns many calories and raises your metabolism. And most of all, don't become impatient and start thinking that none of what you are doing is working. It takes time, and it should. Weight lost slowly, over a longer period of time is proven to be the weight you can keep off. Weight lost quickly, over a shorter period of time, usually tends to come back.
