Am i doing something wrong???? |
I am trying to get fit loose some poundage but nothing is budging and look at my usual diet and exercise!!!!!!!!! well i wake up and have a good breakfast like... toast and yogurt at lunch i usually have a small portion of pasta or a salad at dinner i usually have what my family has like steak or a hamburger now there is not much i can do about that , b/c i have to eat with my family during the day i usually snack on granola bars or fruit/veggies then every couple of nights i will have like a small serving of ice cream i take a multivitamin my exercise is:riding my bike for about 45 minutes each day, i dance at least every other day for a professional studio, i walk the dog, i go to yoga, pilates, and mucsle classes sometimes a step classs ?what the hell am i doing wrong i havent lost anything at all and i have been doing this for a month maybe .i am 5"3' and 120 pounds, yes i know i am not fat but for my personal preferance i would like to shape up and feel better Carbs are not "bad" for you. Too many carbs are bad for you. Don't cut them out completely, but do cut back on them. You can't change that you eat with your family (and you shouldn't), but you can change WHAT you eat with your family. Talk to your mom and ask her to prepare lower fat meals, less fatty meat, and more fruits and veggies. If she can't do it for everyone, maybe she can make sure to have some fresh fruits and veggies on the side just for you. You might want or need to even prepare them yourself. Whatever you do, don't starve yourself or you won't have the energy to do all the exercises and dancing you currently enjoy, and it could be detrimental to your health in the long run. Don't eat bread or pasta, carbs are bad for you. The burger or steak is a good idea and this is a good plan it will just take some time to see results. But don't worry about calories but more so carbs. Cut back on a little more of your calories and add some resistance training to your routine. Talk with a personal trainer to get a proper meal plan and exercise routine to help you loose fat, keep muscle, and tone rather than loose weight. no one can do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can obnly say al d best you might not be losing any weight because you're losing fat, but gaining muscle which weighs a lot! I think all that 120 pounds is muscle, just tone up You are a good weight. I am only 5'2", and I was told by my doctor that the least I should weigh is 120 pounds. You probably don't have anything to lose. And you might be taking fat off, but putting muscle on. It isn't the weight that matters--it's the inches. |
