How to Lose 10 OR 15 Pounds before October? |
ive decided to extend my expirtation to october am a 13 year old teen i go to the gym and exercise on the training bike for and hour and go on the treadmill and run for 20 mins. and i do 100 cruncehs 2 times a day. and i do hip hop abs i do all this daily I WANT TO LOSE 10-15 POUNDS BEFORE OCTOBER and please dont give me any disappointin news sayin that i cant and alos im on the daniel fast also on eating fruits and vegetables and fish only. is there anything else i need to do to supercharge my results PLEASE I NEED HELP PLEASE DONT SAY ANY DISAPPOINTIN NEWS SAYIN I CANT BECAUSE I KNOW ITS POSSIBLE You should decide how many calories you want in your diet, and then I would recomend looking for items that are low calorie, but also low fat, but it all depends on what you are doing for your diet. The main thing for a diet to work is just to consume fewer calories than what you are burning, so lower calorie is best. But the thing about just lower calorie is that you don't want to get something that is lower calorie, but still has a ton of fat, and you don't want to get something that is low calorie but with a ton of sugar. Just look at the labels and you need to figure out what fits into YOUR diet. stop eating too much and do some execise, dat should work. have patience it will work. havokmeister thats a little excessive for a month-diet and excercise is the best bet-do more resistance training (weights) and do less bike and more running. starving your body lowers your metabolism-you need to eat. chicken breast, brown rice, veggies, fish, whole grain pasta/bread etc. you have to watch your sugar, salt and simple carb intake IF you need to lose weight then you will doing those things, but I agree you might be cutting out some really important things like whole grains, even eating 1-2 servings of good whole grains a day will help. Also, have you tried cycling classes at your gym? They are great. Weights will also help, although you may find your weight increase a little before it decreases....or you will lose sizes and gain weight while lifting weights, this has been my result. It isn't really about the weight it's about getting to the right size for you. you could lose 20 pounds before October - but almost all of it will be muscle and you will look frumpy - if you are barely eating and working out like a mad man, you will screw yourself up or drop from exhaustion - you are only 13 years old, you will grow a little more and lean out naturally - why the rush? bb |
