How To Lose One Pound A Day? |
i go to the gym and exercise on the training bike for and hour and go on the treadmill and run for 20 mins. and i do 100 cruncehs 2 times a day. and i do slim in 6 and hip hop abs i do all this daily I WANT TO LOSE 10 POUNDS BEFORE SEPTEMBER and please dont give me any disappointin news sayin that i cant and alos im on the daniel fast also on eating fruits and vegetables and fish only. Too much! Losing weight quickly is hazardous to your health and it's much harder to keep that weight off as well. Not to mention that if you lose weight too quickly it can also be difficult for your skin to adapt and you might end up with a lot of loose skin. Never starve yourself. The more you deprive your body of food, the more it will overcompensate and try to retain water and fat to keep you healthy. Losing weight to fast makes also your weight bounce back up to what it was before you lost weight. s4m Sounds like you're doing a good job. But just remember, muscle weighs more than fat. I did slim in six for about 3 months straight, and I didn't lose any weight, but I looked more toned. Just keep on doing what your doing. :] Also, not snacking helps a ton. honestly, you are doing everything that you can!!!! you will have a hot body by the middle of september!! good luck lower your caloric intake.....try fasting for a day if you can, then eat like 700 calories, then fast again.....you will lose weight much faster if you do what you said every day then you should be good. dont eat over 1700 calories a day and just drink alot of water, and then you do have to eat fruits and veggies but thats not all yuo can eat, you can eat cereals (whole grain) meats, but eat them grilled or baked. eat whole wheat bread when you do eat bread, and you should lose the weight! = ] it seems u did all there is to do from eatin the rite food to workin out anyways try ur best to do in outside work cuase that will sure boost ur body to a whole new level and earn urself couple of pounds off anyways about the food try veg more cuase it has more fat burnin then fruits best of luck:) Okay...I only started two Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning.
