What and how should I eat? |
I'm fairly slim overall, and eat really healthy. The one problem is that when I'm stressed I tend to eat a lot of sugary foods and occasionally high-fat stuff (ie. peanut butter, jam, dates, raisins, etc.) So yeah needless to say I'm starting to develop a 'stomach' and though I'm quite thin otherwise, I have this annoying stomach that makes me look less attractive than I could. So any suggestions on how I can get rid of this 'gut' without dieting and eating too little? I work out and exercise daily, riding my bike to and from work and often around town. as long as you keep up the exercise then you can expect to keep good health in addition to riding the bike take the time to do focused aerobic activity such as running for at least thirty minutes three times per week as you already know attaching eating to emotional issues is not a good idea when you are stressed go reduce stress with exercise consider vegetarianism and consider a running program Source(s): running programs http://runningtimes.com/rt/articles/cate... Add more fiber to your diet with whole grains and whole fruits and be sure you are drinking enough water. Usually about 8 glasses or more. If you drink soda add anouther glass. hi! this answer is actually not answering ur question... but i know of a good device to help reduce the tummy specifically... it's called 'Uzap' by Osim...err...where r u? if u r in US, u can try getting it from 'Brockstone Osim'... my mom lost 3 inches off her waist after using it for a month...she is also fairly slim but developed a paunch after goin to China for a holiday..too much oily food there!!! The Uzap looks like a large vibrating, messaging belt...i m not sure why it works but it does!!! :) Cheerios! |
