How to lose 10-15 pounds before october?



ive decided to extend my expirtation to october
am a 13 year old teen
i go to the gym and exercise on the training bike for and hour and go on the treadmill and run for 20 mins. and i do 100 cruncehs 2 times a day.
and i do slim in 6 and hip hop abs
i do all this daily

I WANT TO LOSE 10 POUNDS BEFORE OCTOBER
and please dont give me any disappointin news sayin that i cant and alos im on the daniel fast also on eating fruits and vegetables and fish only.
is there anything else i need to do to supercharge my results

no eating 3 hours before you go to bed.
dont give up.
but you should have one day of rest each week... so your muscles can rest and actually biuld the muscle thats replacing fat.

You can lose about 10 lbs before October but you have to start eating more. What?? Yes... eat more. You're starving your muscles. You are also over training. No more than 30 minutes 4-5 times a week on the cardio. Train upper body on day 1, lower body on day 2 and rest on day three. Repeat the cycle. Your muscles will not get bigger without rest and the muscle is what you need to continuously burn fat and calories. Crunches will not make your stomach smaller. Keep crunches to a minimum of 100 every other day and switch them up so that your getting all of your abs. Once you lose more weight, your 6 pack will start showing through. Eat 5-6 small meals a day that are a mix of complex carbs, protein and healthy fats. You've got to get some healthy carbs in your diet from sweet potatoes, brown rice, red beans and/or whole wheat pasta or breads. Carbs help build muscle as well and give you energy to get through your workouts. Healthy carbs and fats do not make you gain weight. You need a protein supplement. Do Not use it as a meal replacement. Add some lean red meat and chicken into your diet. Too much fish, especially the kind that contains mercury can be detrimental to your health. Stay off the scale. eat all healthy early in the day and do cardio alot of that it breaks a sweat and try swimming that helps a lot and u have a good amount of time so dont overdo it
