Any indoor exercises?



I am stuck at home and it's too late to go outside for a run or a bike ride. Any indoor exercises I can do? Be specific and detailed about the exercises and tell me how many calories they burn.

i don't know exactly how many calories you will burn but i know its alot. if you have stairs in ur house (whether is basement stairs or whatever)
1.trying jogging up and down stairs, jump rope, jumping jacks,
2.separate some furniture and do some lunges(helps tone inner and outer thighs)back straight up bend down(stick azz out and lunge one leg in from of u while the other is behind you and switch legs on each lunge for more results start using 5lb. weights on each hand.
3.if u have some type of cable TV try finding the FIT TV channel and u can burn alot of calories with there aerobic exercises.
4.if no cable buy some dvd workout videos.
5.also u can walk in one place. walk as in marching in one place. for every minute speed the pace and lift legs a little higher.

you should get some exercise video.
Put 1.5 inch of hard alcohol of you choice in the bottom of a glass, top it off with favorite topping. Lift glass to mouth, repeat until empty. start over :D
