I have been exercising for the past 3 weeks consistently, and eating properely, yet no change in weight. Why?



my legs have begun to kill me each time I exercise. A lot of exercise seems, in retrospect, to be centred around my legs (bike rides'; leg thrusts; frog exercises (holding a chair and going up and down); walks, but I also do sit-ups; press-ups; leg stretches. Fat has reduced round my waist, but NOT enough!! Help.....

You are replacing your fat with muscle, which weighs more. The first couple of months can be like that. DON'T GIVE UP!! Stick with it and you will start to see the results. Your body will also become stronger and it won't hurt as much.
muscle weighs more than fat, you are gaining muscle and that is a good thing, because the more muscle you have the more fat you burn, just keep doing what you are doing and you will see results in due time, dont give up, and you may want to re-evaluate what you are eating, and drink plenty of water!!!
Things take time...The reason why your legs feel that way is because it's getting used to exercise slowly. Keep on going you'll see results

exercising burns fat but builds muscle so although your fat will decrease you will also notice an increase in muscle (which is heavier than fat so you wont realise such a drastic drop in weight). However dont worry. After a few months of constant exercise all the fat will be gone and you'll be as fit as a fiddle.
be patient..you need other new exercises. you may watch in tv and try to imitate it.. one thing more you may try some diet.. like south beach diet....
you might need a guide to do it properly, also 3 weeks will not give you impressive results instantly. continue the exercise and be diligent. you will be pleased with the result later.
