How to lose 10 pounds before september? |
Ok. Its 2 more weeks until school start i need a way to lose 10 pounds before september( 2 weeks) DONT TELL ME ITS IMPOSSIBLE OR ANYTHING BECAUSE ITS NOT! please give me something anything people please. i am a 13 year old teen and only have about 3 more week until school starts How To Lose One Pound A Day? i go to the gym and exercise on the training bike for and hour and go on the treadmill and run for 20 mins. and i do 100 cruncehs 2 times a day. and i do slim in 6 and hip hop abs i do all this daily I WANT TO LOSE 10 POUNDS BEFORE SEPTEMBER and please dont give me any disappointin news sayin that i cant and alos im on the daniel fast also on eating fruits and vegetables and fish only. is there anything else i need to do to supercharge my results PLEASE I NEED HELP PLEASE GIVE ME SOMETHING Try the magnetic diet a regimen of diet, exercise, yoga and chanting. Check out http://www.magnetic-diet.com It is possible, and I have done it.... Go on a low fat high protein diet, no fatty foods, no fast foods, no sugar and no soda. Drink only water..... Exercise, 2 cardio sessions a day.... 25 minutes in the morning and 25 minutes at night 1 1/2 - 2 hours after you eat a small dinner..... do not eat after dinner..... it can be done.... you have to have will power and be strong. try the Master Cleanse look up the recipe online, its really simple,fast,inexpensive, and it works! you CAN do it! good luck! It is not impossible. It's horribly unhealthy. Just limit caloric intake. Don't eat empty carbs. Walk every and exercise a lot on top of that. Ok. I recommend that you exersice a lot. Like what you're doing is fine. But make sure you're eating healthy. If you want to lose a lot of weight, avoiding things with lots of carbs/starch/sugar would be best, but you can't cut out things like pasta and bread from you diet. Just eat it sparingly. It's about how many calories you can burn, and how many calories you eat. If you like to eat a lot though, you could try eating popcorn. Not like microwave popcorn, but buy kernels and pop them yourself. I use a popcorn popper, and for a big bowl, it's only like ten calories. Drink lots of water, and be careful not to get dehydrated. It's not impossible to lose a lot of weight before school starts. You should know that if you lose weight, and you want to stay slim, you're going to have to keep excersicing, or you'll gain all the weight back. So don't expect to lose 10 pounds by school and not have to exersice anymore. Good luck! :) I have lost 16 lbs--HEALTHILY --since July 25th! Everyone told me I couldn't lose 30 lbs by my wedding in October, but I've done really good, so I'm trying to keep it up. For me, I'm having 2 scrambled egg whites on 1 peice of light toast in the am (sometimes ith green peppers, etc), a snack like a rice cake or jello, or fruit or veggie, then for lunch I've been having a slice of tomato on a peice of toast with a slice of low fat low cal provalone cheese (tastes like pizza!!) and another snack or two in the afternoon (I get a chocolate craving at like 3pm so I eat a chocolate chip rice cake) and then for dinner I have a smart ones or lean cuisine meal. I've done it, and exercised, too. Youre 13, so I'm imagining you don't buy your own food, though... Whatever you do DON'T starve yourself, and drink lots of water. Seriously, everyone told me not to starve myself, but as soon as I started eating like 6 times a day the weight started MELTING off. Good luck! P.S. Maybe you should consider talking to your parents or doctor before talking to people online about it--I bet your parents will be able to help you more than us here! :) |
