I am skinny, however, i want to lose about 3 pounds..however i have a problem...? |
my problem is i am always hungry. not every second of the day but i crave stuff very easily...if i am craving chocolate or a muffin or something it is almost impossible for me not to eat it and i crave chocolate EVERY dayy!! I am starting to exercise..my friend and i bike ride 6 miles every saturday and i horseback ride once to twice a week....and i do ab crunches EVERY day....i drink lots of water...but how can i lose some wreight? im 5'5 and 100 pounds..i want to go down to 97 only because i am self concious even though my friends always say they want my body. i wont be happy until i lose some weight...help. I am worried. If you are 5'5" and weigh 100lbs Your Body Mass Index is 16.6 anything below 18 is very underweight. Unless you are a tall asian girl with very small bones you need to beef up. My suggestion is to pick up some weights and do shoulder and leg exercises. This will keep a nice shape yet still add some weight. Talk with a doctor about your weight and your feelings about it. You have an eating disorder. 100 pounds is way too little for someone with your height. I think you need to get some counseling, because ive struggled with my weight too and i know what ur going through okay, i don't mean to be rude, but.......ARE YOU STUPID?? you are waaaaaayyyy UNDERweight!! 5'5" you should be between 125 and 130. ARGH!! i hate it when girls think they're fat when they're practically anorexic!! okay, so obviously you're not cuz you crave food and eat alot, but if anything, you need to GAIN weight! Don't lose weight!! You sound like you are very thin already. Dont look at the scale at all for a while, a week at least just try to feel good about yourself. Muscle weighs more than fat remember. So excersize and dont look at that scale at all, just go by how your clothes fit you. Please you have nothing to lose on you, sounds like youll blow away in the next storm we get, so batten down the hatches lol Sweetheart. I know the saying, "One can never be rich enough nor thin enough." But by your BMI you are already Under Weight! Your normal BMI at your height is 18.5-24.9 At your weight your current BMI is 16.6 If you want to maintain a Lean Body then go for Strength Training. NOT weight loss. Being too under weight is just as unhealthy as being too overweight. Honestly your friends are right. You do not need to lose more weight. Please don't try to lose any more weight, you are already underweight. Don't be self conscious if your friends are sayign they want your body listen to them your already a good size you dont need to lose more weight.
